In accordance with The Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act, all financial institutions are required to explain their information-sharing rules and safeguard private, non-public information. 

Though Sentinel Law Group is not a banking institution, we act as a fiduciary. We value the privacy of our clients and uphold secure measures to guard confidential information at all times during and after the closing process.

All third-party vendors and employees are thoroughly vetted by Sentinel Law Group. Sentinel Law Group has strictly enforced policies regarding the access, retention, storage, transmission, and destruction of data. Whether transferred physically or electronically, we ensure private data is transferred securely.

The private, non-public information can include, but is not limited to, the following:
•    Loan/Account Numbers
•    Social Security Information
•    Employment Information
•    Credit History

In some real estate transactions, we are required to share personal, non-public information with particular third parties. These third parties can include, but are not limited to, the following:
•    Lenders for Payoff Release/Authorization
•    Homeowner Association for Closing Letter Release/Authorization
•    Banking Institutions for Loan Conditions

Sentinel Law Group does not sell any lists that contain client information.
